Your workbook stays on this device. Processing is performed in this browser tab. The selected Excel file is not sent to a server.
STEP 1
Open your workbook
No workbook selected.
Choose your current workbook, then inspect it before using any action.
STEP 2
Choose an action
Retrieve a costing
Restore inputs and the yarn rates saved with a previous S.No.
Clear costing inputs
Clear only the cells your existing Clear macro clears. Preserved fields stay untouched.
Update yarn rates
Apply the New Rate cells to the Yarn Rate Master and stamp the update time.
Actions will become available after workbook inspection passes.
STEP 3
Export the updated file
After an action, export the updated .xlsm, then save it back to iCloud Drive and replace the previous copy. Keep the original untouched until you have verified the updated workbook in Excel.
The app does not overwrite the selected iCloud file directly. On iPhone, use the share sheet to save the exported file to Files, then replace the original only after checking it.
